We believe in giving first-class service at a fair price. Our prices are based on an
assessment of several factors, such as the benefits our clients receive, the prices other
companies charge for similar services, the difficulty of the work, our professional
certifications, and our costs.

We do not provide a price guarantee. This is because on one side of the spectrum, the
world is full of self-proclaimed computer "gurus" who work with computers on the
side for lesser fees. On the other side of the spectrum, there are those who are overly
proud of themselves and charge very high fees for their services, sometimes almost as
much as the price of a new basic computer! Our research has uncovered
rates as high
as $299 (as of 2/8/10) for essentially the same things we do at our current diagnostic
service call $99 price point (available discounts). Remember, one gets what one pays
for
up to a reasonable point. That reasonable point is where we have set our prices.

We encourage you to shop around before calling us, but be sure to compare "apples to
apples and oranges to oranges."
