First and foremost, we are a Christian-owned company. This is not a gimmick. This
means that we run our business by what we believe to be the universal laws set forth
by our Creator, namely Matthew 7:12 - "Do to others whatever you would have them
do to you" and  Galatians 6:7 - "...for a person will reap only what he sows." Our
Business Practices Statement manifests these values:

We are here to serve you in a polite, professional manner. We will respect you, your
family, your associates, your privacy, your home, your business, and everything else
about you. We will honor our commitments to you. If we do something wrong, we will
make it right.



We believe in giving first-class service at a fair price. Our prices are based on an
assessment of several factors, such as the benefits our clients receive, the prices other
companies charge for similar services, the difficulty of the work, our professional
certifications, and our costs.

We do not provide a price guarantee. This is because on one end of the spectrum, the
world is full of self-proclaimed computer "gurus" who work with computers on the
side for lesser fees. On the other end of the spectrum, there are those who are
excessively proud of themselves and charge extremely high fees for their services,
sometimes almost as much as the price of a new basic computer! Our research has
uncovered rates as high as $299 (as of 12/22/2011) for essentially the same things we
do at our current diagnostic service call $99 price point (available discounts).
Remember, one gets what one pays for up to a reasonable point. That reasonable
point is where we have set our prices.

We encourage you to shop around before calling us, but be sure to compare "apples to
apples and oranges to oranges."
