*The client will always receive the lowest qualified rate. Weeks with fewer than five billed hours
do not count in any plan, except as described in leeway weeks below.

**Once the first invoice is paid, week count will be retroactive to the first billed week.

a. an invoice is not paid according to terms
b. any week passes during which we cannot bill 5 or more hours for reasons outside our
control (four weeks leeway in any calendar year but leeway weeks must be separated by at
least one qualifying week). Hours billed during leeway weeks will be at the $79 rate, regardless
of plan status.
These plans are designed to reward our clients for consistently trusting
us with their business. Plan A is for high-volume billing and plan B is for
low volume billing. A contract is not required to receive these rates, but
contracts are available and can produce even better rates. See additional
information below.
