Basic versions of these services are included in our on-site diagnostic
service call fee of $99.00 plus minimum $39.00 trip charge. All work
performed by professionally certified technicians. Shop around to see if you
can beat our rates but be sure to compare “apples to apples and oranges to
oranges.”
**These included services are usually enough to noticeably increase
performance but this is not guaranteed. Our technician can explain the
reasons for this upon request. Includes one computer for one hour. Does not
include cost of repair, parts, or software. These costs, if necessary, are
quoted during the service call. If you choose not to pay in advance online
and save $10.00, the payment minus any other applicable discount is due
upon arrival of the service technician. If payment is not made at that time,

diagnostic service calls will take longer than one hour. Any discount applies
to the first hour only. Additional time is billed at $25.00 per quarter hour.
Occasionally, a diagnostic service call will result in a “not economically
repairable” diagnosis. This cannot be used as a reason for a refund!
***In order to receive these included services, the client must first pay for
the service call and must have a working computer and internet connection.
These included services are not guaranteed. If the client does not have a
working computer and internet connection, and the client chooses our repair
services, these included services will be performed after the computer is
functional and an internet connection is established. Business clients cannot
receive the free anti-virus and spyware programs because they are free for
personal use only.
LATE CHARGES: If we agree to perform services prior to receiving payment, payment is expected
immediately upon completion of service! For $200 invoices and below: a billing fee of $10 per month will
begin accumulating on the one-month anniversary of the invoice. For $201 invoices and above: the $10 billing
fee and 1.5% of the original invoice total will be begin accumulating on the one-month anniversary of the
invoice. We initiate collection action on ALL invoices no later than 60 days after the original invoice date
and pass on all costs, including attorney fees, court costs, and other collection-related costs to the client.

ABANDONED PROPERTY STATEMENT: Items brought to our workshop for service must be paid for and
picked up within 30 days of drop off. Items not paid for and picked up within the 30-day window will be
classified as abandoned and retained as payment for the service bill.
