The $99.00 payment plus trip charge* minus any applicable discount is due upon arrival of the service technician. If payment is by check, it must be in the name of a person who is present at the service call so that photo ID can be verified (we do not accept counter or two-party checks). For on-site services, we accept credit/debit cards through our portable terminal, personal and business checks with valid state-issued photo ID (absolutely no counter or two-party checks), and cash. We do not accept cashier's checks, money orders, or other forms of payment.
